Why we verify
Rewards are paid in bitcoin to real people. To keep the service away from fraud, sanctioned persons and residents of restricted countries, Nexbitra verifies identity before money leaves the firm.
When
- Before a funded account is issued: identity verification, an age check (18 or older) and sanctions screening.
- Before the first reward, again, when more than 180 days have passed since the last check.
- Partners, before their first commission payout.
Buying an evaluation needs no identity verification, but the country you declare and the country of your connection are checked at signup and at checkout.
What we check
- An identity document (front and back), a selfie holding it and, when asked, a proof of address. A member of our review team checks them by hand.
- The document country against the restricted countries.
- Sanctions and politically exposed persons lists, at verification and periodically after it.
- That the person verifying is the person who holds the account, and holds no other account under another identity.
What we keep
What you submit for review: your name, date of birth and address, the document's details, and the images. They are stored encrypted in private storage that only the review team can open, and every view is logged. We also keep the review decision, your document country, and keyed hashes of your name and document number, so a second account under the same identity can be recognised. The images and the form are deleted after the period the law requires, or sooner when you ask and no approval depends on them.
When a check fails
You are told the reason and whether you can try again, or which items to send again. A rejected verification blocks funded accounts and rewards, not the evaluation you bought. A match on a sanctions list, or a connection from a restricted country, blocks rewards and may close the account. Purchase and reward records are kept for the period the law requires.
Connections we refuse
Checkout and reward requests from VPNs, proxies or hosting networks are refused, because they hide the country the request comes from.
