Partner terms

1. The programme

These terms are between you and Nexbitra. You apply from your account; we approve or reject the application and tell you why. Approved partners receive links and, on request, a code.

2. Commission

A purchase is credited to you when it is made with your code, or within the cookie window after a click on your link. The commission is a share of the cash the buyer paid, after discounts and store credit and before tax, at the rate of your tier. The partners page lists the tiers, the window, the hold period and the minimum payout; the version in force when a purchase is made applies to it.

No commission is earned on your own purchases, on purchases by accounts linked to yours, on free trials or on a purchase with no cash paid.

3. Hold, reversal and payout

A commission is held for the hold period. A refund or a revoked purchase during the hold reverses it; a refund after payment is deducted from your next payout. You request a payout once your approved balance reaches the minimum, after identity verification. Payouts are made in bitcoin.

4. Disclosure

Every post, video, stream or message that carries your link or code says it is paid: add "#ad" or use the platform's paid-partnership label. You follow each platform's own rules on paid partnerships and on financial products. If a platform does not allow this kind of promotion, do not promote on it.

5. What you must not do

• Promise or suggest profits, rewards, income or results, or call an evaluation an investment.
• Say or imply that accounts are real trading accounts, or that we are a broker.
• Buy search or social ads on our brand names.
• Target residents of restricted countries, or persons under 18.
• Buy through your own link or code, or ask others to buy for you.
• Use bots, incentivised clicks or misleading redirects.

6. Ending

You may leave at any time. We may withhold commissions earned in breach of these terms and suspend or close a partner account that breaks them, after telling you why. Approved commissions earned in line with the terms are paid.
