Refund policy

A full refund until the first trade on the account, and none after it.

The rule

You can have the full fee refunded until you place your first trade on the account. Once a trade has been placed the evaluation has started and the fee is not refundable.

At checkout you confirm that you understand this rule. If you live where consumers have a right of withdrawal from digital services, you ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that the right ends with your first trade.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@nexbitra.com from the email address on your account, with the purchase number shown in your account. We confirm that no trade has been placed and refund the amount you paid, in bitcoin, to an address you give us. The account is closed when the refund is sent.

What is not refunded

  • A fee for an account on which a trade has been placed, whatever its result.
  • A fee for an account closed after a confirmed violation of the terms.
  • Network fees charged by the bitcoin network for your original payment.

Records

Refunds, like purchases and payments, stay in our financial records for the period the law requires.
