Who is responsible

Nexbitra is the controller of the personal data processed for Nexbitra. Contact: support@nexbitra.com.

What we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored as a hash), declared country of residence, the date and version of each consent you give, and an optional marketing opt-in.
• Security signals: IP addresses and the country they map to, and device signals, at signup, login, checkout and reward requests.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the billing country and the payment status.
• Trading activity: orders, fills, balances and rule events on your simulated accounts.
• Identity verification: what you submit for review (name, date of birth, address, the document's details and images, stored encrypted), the review decision, your document country, and keyed hashes of your name and document number.

Why, and on what basis

• To provide the service you bought: contract.
• To verify identity, screen sanctions and keep financial records: legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the rules: legitimate interest.
• To send product news: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

Our payment processor and our email provider, each only for its part of the service. Identity documents are reviewed by our own team and are not sent to a verification provider. We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Purchase, payment, reward and ledger records are kept for the period the law requires, even if you ask us to delete your account. Identity documents are kept encrypted for the period the law requires, then deleted. Other personal data is deleted when you ask, or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, or its transfer, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@nexbitra.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We set first-party cookies only: the session and security cookies, and, when you follow a partner or referral link, the cookies that remember it. None is used for advertising. The cookie policy lists each one.
