Restricted countries

The list

The service is not available to residents of these countries:

• Cuba CU
• India IN
• Iran IR
• North Korea KP
• Syria SY

The list is the same one the signup, checkout, verification and reward checks use. It may change on legal advice; a change is published here and at the bottom of every page.

How it is enforced

• Signup: the country you declare and the country of your connection.
• Checkout: your connection and the billing country you declare. VPNs and proxies are refused.
• Identity verification: the country of your document.
• Rewards: all three again, at the moment of the request.

If you move

If you become resident in a restricted country, tell us. Open evaluations end, and the fee of an evaluation with no trade yet is refunded under the refund policy. Rewards already approved are paid only where the law allows it.
